When building the V10, Ruifeiya searched for the ignition system of the V10 engine on the market, but did not find it. Due to the relatively small market share of 10 cylinder engines and the scarcity of related ignition systems, two five cylinder engine ignition systems were considered due to time constraints. During testing, it was found that the five cylinder ignition system could support up to 8000 revolutions per minute, and the ignition system was bulky, making it difficult to install properly. This method did not pass.

        Therefore, we are considering developing our own 10 cylinder ignition system. At the beginning, we used the same method as the 5-cylinder ignition system, placing the high-pressure pack at the rear and using shielded wires to connect the spark plug. Testing found that this form of system is messy and unsightly, andthis method did not pass.

We have started to study the form of separating high-voltage packets from control circuits again. We have made separate high-voltage packet boxes, one for each high-voltage packet. Due to the large number of boxes, the system is very chaotic, and this method has not been passed.

After multiple rounds of testing and research, we have found a smaller volume high-voltage package that can be placed directly on top of the spark plug to reduce interference while increasing simulation and aesthetics. We ultimately developed a 10 cylinder engine ignition system that supports 2000-14000 RPM, uses 12-15.6V power supply, supports automatic pitch, and is perfectly compatible with our engine. It can also support other types of engines.
